The City of Isle of Palms is now offering new sea and air activities for locals and tourists. Driven by a couple’s love of the area and a passion for aviation, Jennifer Sancho and her husband formed Beachside Excursions to let others in on the activities that makes them love living on Isle of Palms. The company officially launched April 16 and is now taking booking for their excursions which will be offered year-round.
“The Proposal offers the ultimate romantic evening from dinner on the beach, to a banner flying overhead that reads ‘Will you marry me?’ and a romantic sunset boat cruise back, all captured by a hidden photographer,” Sancho explained when asked about the excursion she is most excited about launching.
A few of Beachside Excursions’ other excursions include: Charleston Day Flight to offer unparalleled views of the city; Waverunner Eco Tour for the adventurous; Near Shore Fishing in the Atlantic and the Sunset Cruise for a relaxing evening. Excursions can be for a single person or up to a group of 6 depending on the activity. The prices range from $38 for Stand Up Paddle Boarding Yoga to $1,600 to give the Ultimate Proposal.
They hope that not only will tourists take the chance to use these excursions to get to know and appreciate the Greater Charleston Area, but locals will discover new parts of their city too. In wanting to give back to their local community and participants, Beachside Excursions has chosen the Charleston Animal Society as their adopted charity and will be putting on events throughout the year to benefit them.
